DreamSupreme Retreat · Puglia

The question is still here.

Bring the decision, relationship or work you keep circling. Over ten days in Puglia, quiet, Leela with Sarita, movement, meals and time alone let you meet it from more than one side—and choose what happens next.

THE TEN DAYS

Four changes of pace. One question throughout.

You do not spend ten days processing. The rhythm moves deliberately from less input, to shared inquiry, to ordinary life and a next move you can test at home.

30/31 AUG–2 SEP

Arrive before you explain.

Nothing begins with a life story. The first days give your attention somewhere to land before the group asks for it.

  • A protected 8–9-hour sleep opportunity and unhurried meals
  • Morning walking or gentle movement; afternoon rest, writing and meditation
  • No personal phones, work calls or compulsory conversation

3–6 SEP

Put the question on the table.

Sarita facilitates Leela over several days. The board introduces symbols and chance; the group introduces other angles; you keep the right to accept none of them.

  • Facilitated Leela sessions with breaks between rounds
  • Time alone to notice what resonates and what does not
  • Shared meals and open evenings without forced disclosure

7–9 SEP

See what remains without the board.

The prompts recede. Walking, meals, movement, rest and optional conversation let the question return to ordinary scale.

  • A slow morning rhythm with movement or a walk
  • Open hours for solitude, notes or one-to-one conversation
  • One next move stated in your own language

AFTER

Take it back into Tuesday.

Optional check-ins compare intention with real life. Inspiration is not the metric; a choice that survives your calendar is.

  • Around day 7 · what did you actually do?
  • Around day 21 · what changed under pressure?
  • Around day 33 · keep, adapt or stop

The final schedule, facilitators, inclusions, device and emergency procedure arrive with the invitation before you decide. Leela is facilitated self-inquiry, not therapy or healthcare.

THE QUESTION YOU BRING

Change the room around the question.

Daily life is good at producing more of daily life. The retreat interrupts the conditions that keep producing the same answer: first less input, then a symbolic game and other people’s questions, then enough ordinary time to decide what is actually yours.

01

Lower the volume

Before insight comes sleep, food, walking and silence. Attention is not squeezed out of exhaustion.

02

Borrow another lens

Leela, scepticism and other people’s experience can all disturb a familiar story. None of them gets to become proof.

03

Make it survive Tuesday

The measure is not how profound departure feels. It is whether one honest move still makes sense at home.

LEELA WITH SARITA · 3–6 SEPTEMBER

No board gets the last word.

Leela offers symbols, chance and questions. Sarita keeps the game moving and the group honest; she does not turn the board into authority. Enter through belief, curiosity or scepticism—or observe, disagree, pause or pass.

The game can interrupt your usual interpretation. It cannot tell you what your life means.

Leela is facilitated self-inquiry, not psychotherapy, diagnosis or healthcare.

THE SETTING

Stone, olive trees and a long table.

From 3–9 September, the programme is planned at Trulli Masseria Barattolo. Separate entrances, outdoor edges and shared spaces support both solitude and an easy return to the group.

FROM THE JOURNAL

What a retreat can change—and what it cannot.

A story about why we begin with rest, how Leela enters without becoming doctrine, and why the retreat only matters when something becomes more honest at home.

COME IF

You are done rehearsing the same decision.

You do not need to be spiritual. You do need curiosity, room for solitude and a willingness to question the story that currently sounds most convincing.

  • Something important no longer moves inside your normal routine.
  • You want company without networking and solitude without disappearing.
  • You can let a symbol provoke a question without calling it proof.

YOUR PLACE IN THE GROUP

Your no belongs here too.

Join, adapt, observe, disagree, pass or leave a practice without losing your place in the group. Touch, photographs and personal stories always require separate permission.

START WITH A CONVERSATION

Do not buy the mood. Ask for the facts.

Tell us what is still here and which arrival works. We answer personally with the exact room plan, complete price, confirmed programme, facilitators, inclusions and cancellation terms. If the retreat is not a fit, we will say so. No payment happens here.
